What’s the minimum order?
Ten units. Below that we’ll still engrave a single piece, but pricing follows the retail catalogue rather than the gifting grid.
Can you hit a December deadline?
Yes, if the artwork is approved by late September. Allow ten weeks to be safe. Q4 is our busiest window and slots are allocated in the order they’re confirmed, so the earlier you brief us the more colourways stay open to you.
What can actually be customised?
The case colour and material, the engraving on the case and interior lid, the checkers and dice in your brand colours, the playing surface design at higher volumes, and the printed card that goes in the box.
Is there anything we have to handle ourselves?
No. We take care of production, packing, shipping, and all duties and taxes — worldwide, including the US, EU, UK and Gulf. Everything is settled before the parcels move, so nothing is owed on arrival by you or your recipients. You brief us once and receive a tracking sheet at the end.
Can you send each set to a different address?
Yes, from 25 units. Send us the list and we’ll box, card and dispatch each one individually. You get a tracking sheet back.
