When do the gifts arrive?
Your pack arrives at your door 10 to 15 days after you approve your digital proof. If you need the gifts by a set date, write to contact@mb-heritage.com before you order. We reply within one business day.
Can you send each gift to a different address?
Yes, from 25 gifts. Send us the list of names and addresses, and we box, card and ship each gift. You get a tracking sheet back.
Will anyone pay duties on arrival?
No. We pay the duties and taxes before the parcels ship, so nothing is owed on arrival by you or your recipients.
Do we see the logo before you engrave?
Yes. We email you a digital proof of your logo on the board, and we engrave only after you approve it.
Which logo file do you need?
A vector file works best: PDF, SVG, AI or EPS. A PNG or JPG works too: our engravers redraw it before engraving. The engraving has one color, so gradients and photos do not come out.
Can we mix colors in one pack?
Yes. Choose Mix colors and set how many gifts you want in each color.
Can we add a card?
Yes. Write your message in the card field. We put the card in every box.
Can we return an engraved board?
We engrave every board for you, so we cannot take back or exchange an engraved board. You approve a digital proof first. If your package arrives damaged, let us know and we will offer a replacement if necessary.
